Our SUPER OATS porridge product is designed to tackle two critical challenges: biodiversity loss and food waste.
We do this by using a blend of lower-impact, diverse, and upcycled ingredients.
After collaborating closely with our UK-based ingredient suppliers, we’ve crafted a delicious, nutritionally balanced porridge made from gluten-free oats, upcycled oats, and UK-grown chia seeds.
Upcycled Oats
We’re pretty excited about what’s going into this porridge.
One of our key ingredients is an upcycled oat bran, made from the by-product of oat milk production.
This high-protein bran used to head off to animal feed or anaerobic digestion - perfectly good stuff, going nowhere exciting.
We’ve toasted the leftover oat pulp instead, unlocking a nutty, biscuity aroma and turning surplus into something genuinely nutritious.
The result? A nutrient dense ingredient that tastes great and wastes a whole lot less
